The Angel has just been voted Best Town Centre in London for the third year running – but this time it’s even better than before.

We've surpassed our own standards and won the highest Gold accolade, the area described as ‘a pleasure’ and having ‘wow factor’.

“The Angel is an outstanding example of everything good - all-round cleanliness, leadership, co-operation, decisive and effective action topped off with excellent hanging baskets,” said judges.

“This award is in recognition of all those people who take such a pride in our area - from the street sweepers, to recyclers, to the Angel Police Team, private landlords who contribute to the flowers and businesses who choose and fund all the services we deliver,” says Angel AIM Director Christine Lovett.
